This application offers 24/7 access to your medication overview, enables prescription refills, allows for appointment scheduling, and facilitates eConsultations with your general practitioner. A directory of participating practices is accessible within the app, enhancing user convenience. Feedback from users is encouraged to further optimize the app's functionality; comments can be submitted via the feedback button in the app or by emailing [email protected].

How to use the app:

1. Download the app from your app store.
2. Open the app, follow the setup instructions, and select your practice.
3. Select 'link device'.
4. If you already have a patient portal account with your general practitioner, log in using the same credentials by tapping 'Login' to proceed to step 5. If you do not have an account, request one by clicking 'Register' and filling out the required information. Your application will be verified by our practice, which may take some time before your account is created; you will receive an email notification once your account is active.
5. After logging in, you will receive a one-time verification code via email or SMS to enter into the app.
6. Finally, create a 5-digit PIN within the app for added security.
7. The app is now ready for use.

Features:

• Access your current medication profile as recorded by your general practitioner.
• Request repeat prescriptions directly from your medication list and receive reminders when new medication is needed.
• Directly pose medical inquiries to your doctor via an eConsult and await a response as soon as your consultation has been addressed. Please note that eConsults are not intended for urgent matters or life-threatening situations; if uncertainty about the seriousness of your complaint arises, always contact your doctor's office directly.
• View available slots in your doctor's schedule and book appointments at times that work for you. You will also need to specify the reason for your appointment.
• Find address details, contact information, and office hours of your doctor within the app, along with a link to their website.

Privacy:

The app enables secure retrieval of medication data from the practice's system and communication with your doctor through a protected connection. Identity verification is required prior to activation, during which you will receive a verification code. Additionally, users must secure the app with a personal 5-digit PIN.
